The expression is not figurative (abstraction): geometric abstract art – Suprematism, Constructivism, Abstract Expressionism, informality. Unit 7 .- Modernity in Latin America New Figuration, Early Latin American art Indigenismo. The Mexican Mural Diego Rivera, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Jose Clemente Orozco’s Indigenous Movement: Kigman and Guayasamin (EC), Luis Alberto Acuna and Bachu (CO). Modernity in Colombia: Painters: Obreg n, Grau, and Botero. Sculptors: Ramirez Villamizar and Edgar Negret Feliza Bursztyn Brazil and the Movement antropofagico: Tarsila do Amaral, Glauber Rocha constructivist South School: Joaquin Torres Garcia (UR) and the Madison Group (AR) Item 8 .- The second half of the Century XX Conceptual art: new frontiers for art, dematerialization of art, Pop Art, Op Art, Minimal Art. Item 9 .- The new forms and new artistic practices and body art – The performance and plastic action, Body art and body transformations happening and events. Art and space installations, interventions and environments, public art, Land art, environmental art Art and new technologies: The Video Art, Net Art and Digital Art.
